How to Add Notification Channels

Step 1: Enter Console

After logging into AlertDog, click “Console” in the upper left corner to enter the management interface

Step 2: Select Notification Channels

Find the “Notification Channels” option in the left menu

Step 3: Add Channel

Click “Add Notification Channel” and select the notification method you need

Step 4: Complete Configuration

Complete the corresponding configuration or binding operation according to the prompts
You can add multiple notification channels at the same time and select which channels to use to receive notifications when creating monitors. Different monitoring tasks can be configured with different notification channel combinations.

FAQ

Yes. You can configure multiple notification channels for the same monitoring task. When monitoring is triggered, notifications will be sent to all configured channels simultaneously.
Telegram and Webhook have the fastest push speeds, usually in milliseconds. If you need the fastest notification response, we recommend using Telegram personal notification or Webhook.
Enterprise users can choose based on team usage habits:
  • FeiShu (Lark): Suitable for enterprises using ByteDance office suite
  • DingTalk: Suitable for enterprise users in the Alibaba ecosystem
  • WeCom: Suitable for enterprises in the Tencent ecosystem
  • Discord Channel: Suitable for overseas teams or tech communities
Different channels have different limits:
  • Telegram personal: Maximum 30 per second
  • Telegram group: Maximum 20 per minute
  • DingTalk: Maximum 20 per minute
  • Webhook: No limit (depends on your server)
For higher limits, you can upgrade to VIP and use custom Telegram Bot.
